I am 27 weeks pregnant. I did my GTT and the results are fasting-68 after 75 mg glucose after 1 hour it's 185 and after 2 hours 146. Please suggest the diet plan and exercise to reduce. My gynecologist recommend me to monitor my blood sugar level for a week.

Technically it is gdm according to different guidance. But doesn’t warrant treatment. Would repeat OGTT in 2 weeks with diet modification. If still raised can start low dose and safe treatment
