Gerd , Lax les , can surgery help ?

Hello, I have been struggling with gerd for 3 years now with troubling symptoms of heartburn and regurgitation . I've tried all sorts of ppis still it happens. I have lax les shown in Manometry ... however it also showed no motility ... in this situation can surgery help or no ?
