GERD from 3 months, headache from 35 day

Got online diagonised for Gerd, chest and back tighness, collar bone tightness. neck pain .have phlym in throat from 3 months. Had sleeping issue in April due to panic and stress, had hearth palpitation. Now no panic or stress level reduced. As per x ray doctor said I have sinusistis and B12 is less as per blood report. Feel all good sometimes. Have buring and mild pain in my head, teeth pain, ear blocked. Have stabbing pain on my back when I laugh or take deep breath sometimes. Feels good after having hot bath. ECG, TNT, US abdomen normal. On medication now, no much improvement. Confused.

What are you doing? It appears that you are viewing small things through a magnified glass. For GERD take tablet Pantop-D daily twice 1 hour before food. Take nonspi y food at regular intervals. Drink plenty of water. Do regular physical exercises. If all these measures fail consult a physician.
