Esophagus : LES 38cms, Hill grade III, Lax LES.
Stomach : Superficial pan-gastritis with pyloric erosions.
Duodenum – D1 : Normal visible mucosa.
D2 : Normal visible mucosa.
RUT : Taken - Report awaited.
IMPRESSION :
Lax LES.
Gastritis.
Since you have LAX LES with high grade hiatus hernia (Hill's grade III), you likely have volume reflux, that's why you have been having symptoms of dry cough, dysphagia etc.
Seeing from the information provided to me you have two options
You can either take long term PPI (acid suppressing medications) or consult a surgeon for laparoscopic fundoplication
