GERD and stomach ulcers.

Hi male 30. I have been diagnosed with Gerd and stomach ulcers in 2016 and still suffering. And also I have got anemia. Been using pentaprazole. Want to know what are the complications if left untreated. My diet is irregular and poor and I've been feeling so lazy and mood swings. Pls help

VIT b12 may need to be corrected. And other causes of anemia needs to ve ruled out. Endoscopy may be needed. Gastritis needs Treatment.
