Dear sir/madam i have GERD and hiatus hernia problem ihave consulted with so many doctors and taken treatment but the problem is same as usual please help me to get rid from these diseases

If it's a recurent gerd with a large hiatus hernia...then you need a laparoscopic fundoplication fir a permanent solution.
