Feeling cold , body ache mostly joints and low grade fever. Is it viral? I need to know what is the dose of paracetamol in flu. No lose motion, no cough , no cold.

Paracetamol should always be taken on SOS (if needed) basis. Maximum acceptable dose is 2gm per day. I generally recommend my patients to take when fever is above 100 F or body ache. Do not take it on 6 or 8 hrly basis which suppress fever and we don't understand the pattern of the fever spikes.

It could be viral infection. Paracetamol dose remains the same in any fever. If the fever increases and any new symptoms occur, consult a physician.
