I was diagnosed with herpes type 1 (on genitals) last summer the first break out was about 4-6 weeks healed then later on that summer I had another OB, it lasted about 2 weeks, now I am on my 3rd OB the burning and itching is unbearable. Cold compresses dont help but rather make it more itchy and not soothe. When I get into a warm temperature epso
