Genital blisters and ulcers

Female 25yrs suffering from multiple blisters all around genital area perineum, and perianal region. I had consultation which got diagnosed to herpetic ulcers. Im virgin  and no sexual contact with anyone . How can this sexually transmitted condition get to me.
