My father has diabetes. Recently he met with accident and due to head injury got Neuro condition. Now he is recovering well. But while treatment doctors found issue in his feet. And did debridement. Attached are the pics of then and now. Its been 2.5 months in heeling that much. Now blood flow is started and area is becoming red. But now pain also started. Need advice on should be go for plastic surgery? Or by current treatment could he be fine in next month (Adding some pain killers). His lower feet and sole is started getting blackish, which doctor says due to pressure is increasing on veins and also due to diabetic foot. Please suggest good doctor and also correct treatment. What could be the budget for surgery. Whom to contact, a plastic surgeon or general surgeon. Since in my town normal MBBS doctors are avoiding treatment as they are not able to get the problem.
