Zincovit contains zinc selenium and vitamin c Zincovit CL contains elemental Copper, Selenium, Zinc, Iodine, Lysine, Vitamin A, B, C, and E Yes it can be given to a 10 year old but should not be given without a prescription. Tablet will be best for a child of 10 years age.
