  4. General query. Or risk for infection?

Yesterday while going for hair cut (Mundan) of my daughter the barber got angry due to money demand and gone away later on came back and cut hair . I doubt if he had some Rabies or HIV like infectant his hands which he used during hair cut . Does this is only my fear or Risk for infection?
