My wife's fingers are getting swollen past few months. We did a thyroid test too but it was all good...could you please tell me what could be the reason behind it

It may be early sign of arthritis.Please get her blood tests  done like haemogram,LFT,KFT,RA factor done and show her to an orthopaedic doctor followed by a rheumatologist if required.
