BMI beyond 28 with systemic involvement.....What does it mean. SGPT 76.0 , cholesterol 240 and triglycerides 145 is any concern. I am 30 yrs old male.

Cholesterol is on the higher side. BMI beyond 28 with systemic involvement does not make any sense. SGPT of 76 is insignificant.
