Ascoril LS drop, Maxtra drop, clamp drop are these all antibiotics or general medicine for common cold?

Clamp drops is an antibiotic. Ascoril LS for cough Maxtra drops for cold. Be careful related to drops and syrup. Drops are concentrated and syrup is diluted so don't give syrup dose with drops or it will become overdose for the child.
