Got an Executive Health Check done and got the report today. Need consultation on following results: Homocysteine 33.8 mmol/L LDLCholestrol Direct - 143 mg/dl LDL/HDL Ratio - 3.5 Alanine Transaminase (SGPT) - 12 U/I TSH - 6.24 mIU/ml Basophils Absolute Count - 0.01 MCHC - 29.6 RDW - SD - 48.5 PDW - 8.5 PLCR - 12.5 At present I am taking Thyronorm 12.5 micro gms per day

If TSH is 6.24 after 12.5 ug then increase it to 25 ug. For raised homocysteine take Homochek once a day. Your LDL is above the desired level of 130. Repeat after 3 months and if it still high then you need to add a statin to your medications
