General doubt.. When trying to get pregnant is it needed to be careful from the day one or only after missing periods careful in the sense: climbing stairs even one floor over stressing the body over work over strain because we do not know when conception takes place and implantation takes place.tobe careful.. So is it that we should be careful after day one of intercourse ( in ovulation time) or only after missing period and getting result positive.. After positive test anyways Doctors suggest some precautions
