My son age 10 Month old. Since from last 3 days was suffering from fever . Now tempreture become normal. But some red dot spotted on his face and tiny dot on Stomach area. While consulting to doctor , he has neglect possiblity of measles. Advice that he is suffered from Viral disease. Please advice on syptom of measles . If in case what should do and dont in term of diet and other general activity such as Outing outside etc.
