So, i might be having Oral lichen planus(probably not confirmed yet), my variant is one which casuses pigmentation and roughness/dryness, so I don't have itching, stinging or burning or any ulcers. Do i need to start treatment for that or when i get any major symptom then only i should control that? Right now only thing m facing is dryness and granularity of buccal mucosa and labial mucosa..
