Which is better according to clinical trails..gemigliptin or vildagliptin? I need a third opinion so I can select one of above drug best suited for me for long term.
All DPP 4 inhibitors more or less have same safety and efficacy. If you want to go by evidence the best data is available with Linagliptin. Vilda and Gemi are not FDA approved.
