GCT in tendon sheath of r. index finger

I have a problem with right index finger ie I cant bent it fully. now after doing MRI of both hand found that I have GCT in tendon sheath of right index finger. Previously I had a problem due to high uric acid joint pain/swelling mainly in hand/arm. What should I do? any Suggestion for best treatment?
