I have incidentally found gb polyp of 3mm. My gastro doctor said to ignore it and live normal life, nothing to worry about. And to repeat usg next year only. I am getting scared by thinking about cancer always :( as i am only 24 and since a year or two i havent been eating junk food as well and exercising regularly. What all other steps can i take to get rid of this? As i have heard it can get regressed by itself also? What should i eat and what all to avoid? And i heard alcohol does a good effect on this, should i intake beer/alcohol sometimes? I don't do alcohol or smoking though. Please guide me.
