Gastro some digestion problems and gas
I have nodes in neck and abdomen with stones in gallbladder and Spleenomegaly. No symptoms but digestion and gas problem.
What to treat first gallbladder or spleen
Plan a surgery for removal of the gall bladder.... that is essential anyway. The surgeon can examine the spleen and lymph nodes during surgery and may take a biopsy to help diagnose any other disease.

Hi as per Your symptoms and history, neck nodes / abdominal lymph nodes are together mostly seen in Lymphoma ( a type of Cancer) which is almost treatable with certain chemotherapy.
Second differential would be a Tuberculosis.
A Neck lymph nodal biopsy is required to get a proper treatment.
Gall bladder stone is incidental finding, will not harm you.
