I am having gerd for last 2 years. I have taken all scanning like endoscopy and CT scan, found normal. Last week, i had body pain followed by fever. After two days, i noticed ulcer in throat. Now i have ulcer in mouth, tongue and also having pain and burning sensation while swallowing. Few weeks back, i have taken rifa gut 400 and vsl3. I have vitamin b12 deficiency. Attached endoscopy and cbc report. I want to know what is the root cause for ulcer suddenly in throat, mouth and tongue??
