Hello mam, according to your symptoms, I think you should get USG abdomen done after the below treatment ,so us to eliminate any internal organ pathology. Till then take
.1 TAB. PANTOP 40 MG once daily empty stomach for three days.
.2 SYP.DULCOLEX -10ml -once daily before sleep – for three days,
Advice – avoid junk foods, fatty foods, oily foods and eat only healthy food.
