I have suffering from gastritis ,GERD, moderate hiatus hernia,since last 4 years , symptoms are very abnormal like burning sensation on stomach, less of appetite , constipation,lezyness,weakness, weight loss etc so kindly suggest me what should I do?

these are not symptoms of GERD  better to get some test done and take a gastroenterologist opinion
