Is milk or tea is better for gastritis patients. If so then which. As i heard that milk has acids and it is not advisable for gastritis patients but some say it's good to drink as it has calcium. So i want to know is it good for gastritis?

Milk is better than tea (or coffee) in the presence of gastritis. It is only a weak acid and hence acts as a buffer. But too of milk can cause problems.
