Sir my grandmother age 78 she has gastric problem,from last 2 year she is under medication , every day she fell anxiety means breathing problem,felling dizziness,faint like felling,avoid dark place , doctor advice for ultrasound and her report is normal,she fell anxiety every day some time 2 to 12 hrs,sir please advice suitable treatment.

Give her homeopathic medicine Carboveg 30 4 globule  3 times in a day.and for anxiety tab tranquill (SBL) 4 TAB at 1hrs before sleep a homeopathic medicine.

Anxiety Disorder / Panic Disorder. SX – Anxiety, doom, nervous, tachy, hyperventilation. PE – CV, lungs, Neuro.
Next Steps
DX – CBC, UDS, CMP, TSH/FT4, EKG.
