Gastric problems ,numbness of the tongue

Hi I have been suffering from gastric related problems... now recently I also started feeling that my tongue's tip goes numb... till I don't take rest ..and during that time feel very uneasy . Please guide.

Prolonged use of tongue muscles sometime cause fatigue. but examination of the tongue is important to rule out organic causes. What gastric issues you have had?
