Gastric problem

It has been three years now my stomach does not feel ok whatever i eat i think it becomes gas which makes me feel uncomfortable. i did try many medicines i went to many doctors they only say it is ibs my USG is clear. my endoscopy is showing mild gastrites. i feel sometimes wobbling type in my abdomen. feeling thundering like in stomach. no pain at all in stomach only feeling full till dhakar is released. after dhakar i feel relaxed. and some times i feel pain in left side of chest. i did ecgs at that time but ECG is normal. in short abdomen area including stomach is disturbed. i used pantop 40,nexpro 50 ,euirest, colospa xl, azirab l 25, acogut etc kindly suggest so that I feel relaxed

All medicines ok, pl remember that anxiety plays a role in gastric symptoms as also food habits Plenty of liquids, regular physical excercise, 3 hrs gap between last meal and bedtime, avoid spicy fried food, may be some of the methods could be useful
