  4. Gastric problem. Suggest me what to do?

I am suffering from heart burn from many days and sometimes I feel pressure on my chest and feels something stuck on my throat. Though these symptoms are not so severe but still I am taking counter medicine that is Nexpro RD 40. After taking these medicine the heart burn stopped fully but when I lay down I feel chest pressure for sometimes and also chocking in my throat.. suggest me what to do??

Do upper give endoscopy to diagnose your problems like acid reflux , ulcers or infection.
