Hello sometimes after eating fast food I have so much gastric and pain and feel relax after emptying bowel and sometimes it cause loose motions 2 sometimes after food I feel stomach burning and heat and that times if I have gastric I feel lazy,sleepy and yawn So tell me exact problem and medicine for it

Take tablet Pan40 before 15-20 min of meal 14 days if no comfort then kindly do the upper GI scopy
