I have head ache due to gas, kindly suggest the treatment. Even when I do not eat for few hours, I get gas.

Soft n bland diet Avoid too much fasting periods and even overeating too which happens sometimes. 2hrs gap between ur dinner n bedtime. Regular physical exercises. This lifestyle modification wl help. If no relief u need consulting n medication too.
