Dear doctor my age is 30yrs sometimes am getting pain near left chest and left elbow pain ( cant say exactly left hand paining i feel more chest pain might be it reflects to elbow i think) little stomach upset feels.... i used to take ENO half packet that all symptoms gone immediately is that gastric issue or heart related
