I have been suffering from gastric and bloating since one month after the abdominal surgery we have also taken tablets like pantoc and other injection.we are worried any the conditions

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Surgery of what? You got to mention that at least. You can take a tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab. Unienzyme twice a day after food for 3 days. Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
