3 days i have gastric problem and that time breath also struggle i feel not well and night time i dont have sleep .. i will take home remedy but that time only that's work it another time gastric is started 2 days i cant eat mng food that's only problen

Can try Pan 40mg for 2-3 days. If no improvement then consult once
