Gases issue during Pregnancy

My wife is on bed rest during pregnancy . She is 21 week pregnant and Now she is facing issue related to gases . Can anybody provide solution to it considering we can't take any medicine during pregnancy

This is very common in pregnancy and there is only probiotics which can help. consult your obstetrician
