Hi, sometimes I suffer from gas problem what is the best way to avoid it without using tablets ? I always used to have headache once in a week and with it, I always suffered from neck pain, what would be the reason?

Dr.Yogesh here Gas problems are mainly due to indigestion. Acidity and motion problems also can be the reason of head ace and gases. neck pain may be associated with cervical problem. you need to take proper treatment. pls get x ray done of your neck. do visit for further treatment.
