Gas problem n chest pain

When coughing my chest pains on the left side. Is it because of gas problem, not sure. I feel like something's wrong in my body, need help!

Chest pain while coughing is very unlikely to be due to gastritis. It is usually due to any injury to chest or muscle spasms
