I am suffering from mild stomach pain, severe gas, bloating and sometimes dry mouth for last 17 days and bowel movement is also disturbed although motion is normal but it feels like not getting fresh properly. From last 10 days, I am taking pan D, morning and evening half an before food and my diet is also normal, no sugar, no fried and drinking 2.5 litres of water but still not complete relief, although much better but I am afraid if I stop taking pan D, the symptoms will reoccur. Shall continue taking Pan D for 5 more days. Please advice Note: Taking pan d as per doctor advice
