Gas and acidity problem.

I have persistent Gas and Acidity for last 4 years. I did USG and ENDOSCOPY. Resuly said it PAN Gastric. My doctor gave me Rablet 20mg for 4 weeks, is this medicine work?

This is avoid medicine and works well. Pls also follow a healthy diet and lifestyle without which the medicines won’t be as effective
