I have got multiple stones in my gall bladder, maximum upto 6 mm in the ultrasound report. I have been having stomach, chest n back pain. Is surgery required.

Hi upper abdominal pain especially right side which radiates to back generally happens in gall stone. Laparoscopic approach is gold standard at present. You have symptomatic gall stone and should go ahead with the proposed surgery.
