I’ve got usg of whole abdomen done. It says cholelithiasis. Also, multiple mobile calculi upto 1.7 cm. CBD is clear. I always feel nauseous and have severe constipation at times. Stomach also burns at times. Does it indicate I have gall stones and need surgery?

Yes You have cholelithiasis. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the ideal treatment. For symptomatical relief .. U can take a PPI ( like pantop 40). And tab.Buscopan .
Next Steps
Visit a laparoscopic surgeon.
