Gallstones and mild liver enlargement
Dear doctors, PFA report of my wife USG abdomen which shows gallbladder stones and mild enlargement of liver, is the enlargement due to stones. she is breastfeeding women and had a c section 45 days back. She is getting right side pain which is severe. Can you please let us know what will be the options for her treatment.

Ultrasound report shows multiple gall bladder stones and with probe tenderness.Gall stones with recurrent pain is an indication for surgery.Consult with a laproscopic surgeon for further management.Liver size increase is due to fatty liver.

Liver is also enlarged and gall bladder is showing inflammation due to obstruction
