For Gall Stones : There are multiple stones of small size in the Gall bladder along with multiple polyps - A laparoscopic cholecystectomy would be required surgical procedure for you , but if you do not wish to undergo surgery at present please consider visiting your doctor (preferably a laparoscopic surgeon) so that he can keep you informed about your condition and its pros and cons. Also polyps need to be kept under surveillance as size of polyps above 10mm should be removed.
Next Steps
Consult a laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgeon near you
