Please inform me if surgery is required for removal of the Gallbladder and can be dissolved by medication

If you have pain surgery is the only solution. It is not wise for complications to happen. Smaller stones are notorious for getting slipped in to the bile ducts or pancreatic ducts. This can lead to life threatening problems of pancreatitis. So do not waste time

Gall bladder stones cannot be dissolved. Scan shows u have been have repeated cholecystits. It's better to get it removed
