Gall bladder polyps have various causes. They need ti be evaluated/ ruled out. Some polyps may not need surgery but some may.
Next Steps
avoid oily  foods. avoid junk foods. eat healthy. more fruits vegetables etc. have plenty of fluids in between two meals. physical activity daily for 1 hour minimum.
