You can repeat the Ultrasound after 2-3 months.
If you don’t have pain, you can observe.
But it is seen that, sometimes soft stones appear like polyp in ULtrasound. Moreover, stones, polyp etc don’t happen in a fully functioning Gall bladder. Hence, ultimately there is possibility of Surgical removal of Gall bladder
