Sonography is suggestive of inflammation of Gall bladder due to gall stones: this inflammation present with pain, and can progress to causing infection and pus inside the gall bladder with an occasional leak outside but adjacent to gall bladder. This condition needs to be checked by a surgeon who can better decide the course of action which is generally surgery: laparoscopic or robotic removal of gall bladder
2. Pancreas does not se to have any major issue: mild inflammation can occurs due to Gall stones itself
3. Blood tests revealed high cholesterol and
triglycerides which need medical management
4. A CT Scan and further blood tests would be helpful
5. If the pain is significant then consultation and treatment at the earliest: being a surgical problem, better to be under a surgeons care
