Gall surgery and CBD stone removed

Surgery done date is 5 Feb 2022. Everything was going smoothly but today( 11 April 2022) there is pain in upper abdominal part and fever is 100 F. And in report there is dilated CBD 10.2 mm. Please sir tell me about any serious issue

IMMEDIATELY consult Surgeon( Better to go with a GASTROSURGERY Doc ) as you are developing features of cholangitis . As Re exploration might be required again .
